An effective teacher's management plan is both preventive, supportive and corrective as opposed to control. Current theories view teacher classroom management as proactive to prevent inappropriate behaviors to occur and keep the learners interested and involved in the process of learning. However, it is important to remember that there is no teacher's management plan that is appropriate for all situations and for all students at all times.

Reflection
1. How did the teacher establish his/her presence in the virtual classroom as a responsible role model?
He addresses his students with respect, he shows professionalism but does not intimidate them, he shows kindness in explaining the misunderstood steps.
2. How did the teacher establish a friendly relationship with and among students?
Before the lesson properly started, Mr. Tangonan asks the situations about the students, how were they, or if they are having difficulties answering their modules, and reminded them to stay at home, follow the health protocols, and be safe. He also talks friendly and creates a friendly vibe within the class. Also, before he formally ends the class, he asks the students which part seems to be difficult and he tries to clear misunderstandings or misconceptions and try to address their concerns in a very polite way.
3. How did the teacher establish a clear set of classroom rules?
My cooperating teacher has just started again in the field of teaching and upon my observation for a total of five hours, I never heard hi, say the classroom rules.
4. How did the teacher establish well-organized instruction?
He brings up the previous lesson as a recall and then proceeds with the lesson proper. He knows well the procedure, he discusses, emphasizes the very important parts, gives an example and solve it step-by-step, asks them if they get it, adds similar example then explain how it went like this or that, moving on to a higher difficulty level and then finally, letting the students apply what they have learned. His thoughts and teachings are organized, he focuses on what topic he is currently at and his procedures in solving are correct and smooth.
5. How did the teacher establish a management plan routine?
He gives specific times to start the lesson, giving a grace period for the students who are not yet within the meeting. He then delivers the lesson, gives the students limited time, approximately 5 minutes per item, to solve on their own, explain again, ask if they have questions regarding the topic, and then inform them of the lesson to be discussed next meeting.
6. Create your own wish list of competencies as a future classroom manager.
Same with the concerns given above, a classroom manager must:
Establish a teacher presence in the classroom as a responsible role model,
Establish a well-organized virtual classroom, a clear set of attainable classroom rules,
Establish wholesome friendly-relationship with and among students,
Establish a management system of routines,
Establish a management plan of routines, and
Establish well-organized instruction.
One must impose rules and procedures, proactive management, provides well-designed and well-delivered instruction, impose disruptive behavior management, and use a professional development model.
